Their tickets, their way.

Fans can't always make it. Let them send a ticket on, swap it for another game, or put it back on sale, without calling the box office.

Transfers and resale

What you get

My Tickets, no passwords

Fans sign in with an emailed link and find every ticket they own, as QR passes and printable PDFs.

Send to a friend

A transfer issues a new code, so the old one stops scanning.

Exchanges

Trade tickets in for credit toward another game, up to a cutoff you set, with a fee if you want one.

Face-value resale

Listed seats go back on the map; when another fan buys, the seller is refunded what they paid.

Rain checks

A rained-out game becomes credit codes in one click, spent on any other game.

Names on tickets

Fans put a name on each ticket they share.

How it works

Three steps.

1Turn on what you want

Exchanges and resale are off until you switch them on.

2Fans manage their own

From My Tickets, any time before the cutoff.

3You see it all

Every transfer, swap and resale is in the order's history.

Included in venuery Ticketing: $1.49 per paid order, nothing on free tickets, no monthly fee. Pricing

Questions

Transfers and resale questions

Can fans set their own resale price?

No. Resale on venuery is at face value: the seller gets back what they paid when another fan buys the seat.

Does a transferred ticket still scan?

The new one does. The old code is replaced, and the scanner says it was sent on.

Put your next game on sale.

Draw the venue, price the seats and send fans the link.
