What you get

Everything a seating plan needs.

Your guest list, imported

Prismm's export or any spreadsheet (CSV or Excel): households, plus-ones, meals and tables come across, matched by column name.

The room, to scale

Start from a template, or upload the floor plan you exported from Prismm (an image or a PDF) and trace it.

Drag and drop, with rules

Seat families together, keep the exes apart, VIPs at the front, and let auto-seat do the rest.

RSVPs and meals

Each household replies, picks meals and lists allergies; the caterer gets totals.

Place cards and posters

Escort cards, place cards, table numbers, a seating poster and an A-Z list, in any language.

On the day

A QR seat finder for guests, and check-in at the door with the Gala Pass.

A wedding reception seating chart with round tables
Switching

Three steps.

1Export from Prismm

Download your guest list and your floor plan (Cvent suggests exporting the reports and floor plans you want to keep) before editing ends.

2Import here

Upload the guest list; households, meals and tables come across. Check anything that didn't match.

3Rebuild the room

Pick a template, or trace the floor plan you exported, then seat everyone.
