Big on-sales, handled fairly.

Open early for members with a code, line everyone up fairly in a waiting room when the doors open, or take requests with the card held and draw them.

Presales and on-sales

What you get

Presale codes and windows

Hidden ticket types unlocked by a code, on sale from their own start before the public on-sale.

Private links

Send a link that opens the presale for whoever has it.

A virtual waiting room

Fans who arrive before the opening get a random place in line, then everyone is let in a set number a minute.

Card-held requests

Fans ask for tickets and their card is held, not charged; requests are drawn or filled in order, and only those who get tickets are charged.

Caps that hold

Limits across sections, per order and per ticket type, counted with checkouts in progress.

Waitlists for sellouts

Fans join the list, and the next in line hear the moment seats come back.

How it works

Three steps.

1Choose the format

A code, a waiting room, card-held requests, or all three.

2Tell your fans

Email, a private link or your website.

3Open the doors

venuery lets fans in, holds seats while they pay, and keeps the count honest.

Included in venuery Ticketing: $1.49 per paid order, nothing on free tickets, no monthly fee. Pricing

Questions

Presales and on-sales questions

How does the waiting room decide the order?

Everyone who arrives in the hour before the opening gets a random place, so refreshing early doesn't help. Later arrivals queue in the order they came.

When is a card-held request charged?

Only when it gets tickets, and only for the tickets it gets. Everyone else's hold is released and they're told why.

Do presales cost extra?

No. Every on-sale tool is included in the per-order fee.

Draw the venue, price the seats and send fans the link.
