Every promo night, planned and on the page.
One board for what's happening at every game, a run sheet and PA script for the night, and theme nights that look like theme nights on the page fans buy from.
What you get
Every game down the side and every promotion across the top: theme, giveaway, anthem, first pitch, specials. Fill it in as things get booked.
Start from a ballpark's usual list, then add, rename, reorder or retire columns for the promotions you run.
Mark each entry asked or confirmed and keep a contact on it for staff, so the gaps are easy to spot.
Choose what fans see on the game page, what's for staff, and what stays in the office.
Print the night's plan for staff and a script for the announcer, with anything unconfirmed flagged.
Group outings and sponsors booked in venuery show up on the game's plan by themselves.
Pick a look (fireworks, neon, Halloween, holidays, military appreciation and more), name the night, add a photo and the sponsor presenting it. The game page, your ticket shop and link previews all dress up.
Everyone with tickets gets when and where and what's on the day before. Buyers who opted in get a thank-you with your next game the morning after.

Promo nights questions
Who can see the game day board?
Owners and admins. Entries marked for fans show on the game page; staff and private entries never do.
Do theme nights change the ticket page?
Yes. The game's page opens with the night's name in its colors, the sponsor presenting it and what's lined up for fans. The game stands out in your ticket shop, and shared links preview in the theme.
Who gets the game day emails?
The day-before reminder goes to everyone with tickets for the game. The thank-you goes only to buyers who agreed to hear from you, with an unsubscribe link. Turn either one off in Settings.
Keep exploring.
